Cancellation Policy
48 hours is required to cancel or re schedule your event. Please be advised if we do not have 48 hours notice there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we will not be offering refunds to customers on their bookings, however, customers will be entitled to a credit note (no expiry date). Please email us to discuss options for rebooking our services.
