Liquor Licence Terms & Conditions

WARNING

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence. To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $19,000). For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $800)

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase liquor from the Grazing Fox Melbourne.
Liquor cannot be delivered and left at unoccupied premises on the same day the order is received.

Fox Events: Food, Beverage, and Event Management Terms & Conditions

1 Discovery Call

Fox Events will provide a free 30 minute discovery call. Based off the discovery call with client Fox Events will put together a Pitch for the client to suit there event

2 Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon booking to secure the event date. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.

3 Bond

 A $200.00 bond will be taken upon booking. The client is responsible for all equipment hired for their event. Any damaged equipment or equipment not returned will result in loss of bond.
